Job Description:

5-8 years minimum in integrated marketing, including 3 years in

leadership roles. Experience in real estate project marketing and 360°

campaigns in Gulf markets specifically KSA

Brand strategy and brand architecture

Full Stack Marketing Planning and Reporting

Advanced digital marketing: SEO/SEM, Paid Media, Social Media,

Influencer Marketing

Analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, Data

Studio

Marketing technology and automation tools

Multi-platform campaign management (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok,

Google Ads) + (TV and Radio)

Design and production Management knowledge

Media planning and buying

Market research, competitive analysis, and behavioral targeting

Strategic thinking and vision-to-execution planning

Fluent Arabic (creative writing)

Job duties description Develop brand strategy for real estate projects: brand architecture,

philosophy, concept, and creative direction

Lead audience research, customer journey mapping, creative

concept and content development (copy & scripts)

Oversee visual identity design (logos, brand guides) for projects and

parent company

Lead production of marketing materials: videos, 3D renders, social

media designs, presentations

Oversee integrated audiovisual production: professional

photography, editing, AI-generated content

Plan and execute integrated 360° campaigns and multi-channel

digital marketing strategies

Manage digital campaigns: SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, paid

ads (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, X)

Measure KPIs, conduct market and competitor research, and

execute precision targeting

Lead marketing technology, automation, and digital product

development

Manage traditional media: TV/radio, press and news accounts

Strategic media planning, buying, and media aggregation

management

Build unified corporate messaging and consistent visual/linguistic

style across all channels

Align corporate identity with real estate campaign identities

Experience marketing luxury real estate projects in Saudi Arabia or

the Gulf

Knowledge of AI tools in content production

Network of relationships with media agencies and influencers in the

region

Experience managing large marketing budgets
