Job duties description Develop brand strategy for real estate projects: brand architecture,
philosophy, concept, and creative direction
Lead audience research, customer journey mapping, creative
concept and content development (copy & scripts)
Oversee visual identity design (logos, brand guides) for projects and
parent company
Lead production of marketing materials: videos, 3D renders, social
media designs, presentations
Oversee integrated audiovisual production: professional
photography, editing, AI-generated content
Plan and execute integrated 360° campaigns and multi-channel
digital marketing strategies
Manage digital campaigns: SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, paid
ads (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, X)
Measure KPIs, conduct market and competitor research, and
execute precision targeting
Lead marketing technology, automation, and digital product
development
Manage traditional media: TV/radio, press and news accounts
Strategic media planning, buying, and media aggregation
management
Build unified corporate messaging and consistent visual/linguistic
style across all channels
Align corporate identity with real estate campaign identities
