Junior Buyer – Fashion Retail

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join our fashion retail team in Sheikh Zayed. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about fashion, retail operations, and market trends. The successful candidate will work closely with the buying team to support product selection, supplier coordination, inventory management, and sales analysis, helping ensure that the right products are available to meet customer demand and business objectives.

This role offers valuable exposure to the full buying cycle and provides an excellent foundation for building a career in merchandising, buying, and retail management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the buying team in selecting and purchasing apparel and fashion products aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
• Support the preparation of seasonal product assortments and buying plans.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, samples, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining optimal inventory availability.
• Track product performance and identify best-selling and slow-moving items.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed about emerging fashion trends and consumer preferences.
• Assist in analyzing sales reports and inventory data to support purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to product performance, stock movement, and supplier activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of purchasing activities.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the buying function as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in fashion, retail, and consumer trends.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and basic reporting techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: EGP 10,000 – 12,000 per month.

• Location: Sheikh Zayed.
• Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
