Contact Center Agent – German Speaker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a fluent German-speaking Contact Center Agent to join our customer support team. The role involves handling customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and emails, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email in a professional and timely manner

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Document all customer interactions clearly in the system

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Fluent/Native German (spoken and written)

  • Good command of English is an advantage

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask across calls, chat, and email channels

  • Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail

  • Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
