Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical capabilities across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This role will involve requirement analysis, solution design, technical development, and ongoing support while working closely with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather and analyze requirements across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Configure, implement, and support modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and ORC.
  • Develop and maintain reports, integrations, extensions, and conversions using Oracle tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support system upgrades, patch testing, and quarterly Oracle release evaluations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues, working with Oracle Support where needed.
  • Perform data uploads and mass changes using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheet loaders.
  • Create user documentation and provide training to end users and super users.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems (Payroll, Finance, Time & Attendance).
  • Ensure security and compliance by configuring roles and privileges appropriately.
  • Participate in new module implementations and enhancement projects, ensuring best practices are followed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 58 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Strong functional expertise in at least 3 modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent, or ORC.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, HSDL, and Fast Formulas.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or PaaS extensions is a plus.
  • Good understanding of data security, role provisioning, and workflow approvals in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience with global HR or multi-country implementations.
  • Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ORC, Talent Management and Time & Labor is highly desirable.
