Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the distribution unit, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Managing and owning the planning and execution of the Groups and Vendors strategies and objectives. Managing, overseeing and monitoring the achievement of the brand on a weekly basis (Actual vs. Targets) Setting corrective actions accordingly.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve distribution processes and customer satisfaction. Owning the overall revenue and GP number of the unit.
Designing the annual sales plan for the division in cooperation with the Management. Manage the budget for the distribution unit, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution activities, implementing improvements as needed. Ensuring both internal and the Vendors Compliance and Governance policies and guidelines are always adhered to.
Planning and executing sales, marketing and channel development plans to boost sales performance and reach objectives. managing and following up on the sales pipeline of the unit
Coaching and training Product and Account Managers.
Strengthening the relationship with the key decision makers of major accounts.
Evaluating channels and developing strategy accordingly.
Supporting in profiling and selecting the right channel partners.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business from an accredited university.
At least 8 years of sales management experience with a proven experience in distribution management, with a track record of successful operational management.
Experience in IBM Systems & software solutions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail. Ability to successfully interface with senior management and vendors.
Must be self-directed and a highly motivated individual, able to accelerate sales.
