  • Execute/implement the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager for attainment of the
  • Unit Sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability. Identify business opportunities by prospecting the market. Plan and manage the business portfolio according to agreed sales target and market
  • development strategies. Maintain existing and develop new clients through appropriate propositions, ethical sales
  • methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client
  • satisfaction. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and
  • information. Represent Boecker® in external meetings and the Unit internally to perform duties and
  • contribute to business development. Educate customers on the processes that will enable them to gain the most value from Boecker®
  • services. Develop, design and participate in all sales and marketing activities of the company.
  • Lead, motivate and guide the Unit Team towards achieving sales projections and targets. Coach the Unit team and encourage them to communicate effectively and efficiently in order to
    develop a culture of participation and engagement.

JOB KNOWLEDGE
Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, Food Technology. 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets. English Proficiency. Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and Internet Browsing. Ability to forecast and to plan on short and medium terms.
