- Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies for the Food and Beverage department.

- Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs, including inventory management, purchasing, and recipe costing.

- Prepare detailed reports on food and beverage costs, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights for improvement.

- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure adherence to portion control and waste management practices.

- Conduct regular audits of inventory and supplies to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.

- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, providing input based on cost analysis.

- Train staff on cost control measures and the importance of maintaining budgetary compliance.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field.

- Proven experience in cost control, finance, or accounting within the food and beverage industry.
