Job Description:
As a Sales Qualification Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential
leads for our medical insurance services. You will work closely with our sales team to generate
new business opportunities and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating a positive 1st impression of the account by having a positive tone of
voice and conversational energy on a consumer's 1st interaction with the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Execute transfer of potential customers to a licensed insurance agent
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups
- Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in the insurance market
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Intense focus on script adherence, customer screening, and handling and overcoming consumer
objections and stalls to get them the help they need in their shopping experience.
-Meet and exceed specified monthly goals for transfer rates and other key performance indicators.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer services and preferred to have experience in
Sales in Medical Field.
- English Level B2-C1 is a must.
- Strong understanding of insurances products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly.
-Ability to follow instructions and have proficiency with technology, especially computers,
software applications and phone systems'.
-Demonstrated professionalism in conduct and behaviors.
