Job Description:

Accountabilities

Study routes structure in terms of number of customers, borders, visit days, and estimated travel time

Map customers based on volume, type, frequency of visits, and any relevant parameters

Visualize wholesale and semi wholesale customers on maps to facilitate detecting the opportunities of expansion or re-routing according to their location

Ensure that hierarchy, customer and routing data is updated on ArcGIS

Revisit maps with all their GPS coordinates to insure accuracy, and identify re-routing potentials for optimal efficiency

Follow sales operation's executional standards in term of re-routing, routes expansion & data analysis i.e. Digital Maps

Ensure correct Sequence of Sales Representatives and Customers on SAP for all routes

Optimize van's insurance limit according to historical sales data for the route

Analyze the van utilization vs the van capacity

Implement company policies
