Job Description:

5-7 years in real estate or investment asset sales. (Experience selling

real estate assets to investors in Gulf markets is a plus)

Sales planning and pipeline management strategies

Sales data analysis, performance reporting, and forecasting

Understanding of real estate valuations to explain to clients

Professional communication and presentation tools

Understanding of legal contracting processes in real estate

transactions

Consultative selling techniques

Job duties description Receive and manage leads from marketing campaigns and targeted

research

Organize and classify data: client type, seriousness level, interest

nature, and match to appropriate asset

Qualify clients: initial contact to understand goals, investment size,

and timeline

Classify clients: qualified / needs follow-up / not currently suitable

Prepare sales proposals in coordination with real estate and legal

teams, and manage negotiations

Deliver a well-structured sales plan presentation to the Riyadh office

Build long-term professional relationships with investors and

developers

Conduct systematic client follow-up and handle objections in

coordination with Riyadh office and departments

Coordinate with legal department for deal terms transfer and

contract stage management
