Overview
Mojaa is a fast-growing fashion & sneakers e-commerce company operating across multiple
markets. We build strong brand partnerships, run performance-driven growth, and invest heavily
in scalable organic acquisition through SEO, CRM, social, and community.
We are looking for an Organic Channels Manager to own and scale all organic traffic and
revenue channels. This role is for someone focused not just on traffic, but on revenue,
retention, conversion, and long-term growth engines.
What Youll Do
Own Organic Growth Strategy
Lead Mojaas organic acquisition and retention strategy across SEO, content, CRM (Email, SMS,
WhatsApp), social organic, and partnerships.
Drive SEO & Organic Search Performance
Develop and execute the SEO roadmap including technical SEO, on-page optimization, internal
linking, and category/product strategy. Improve site architecture and work with developers on
indexing, speed, schema, and crawl issues.
Build Revenue-Driven Content Systems
Create scalable content frameworks including buying guides, brand pages, and trend-based
collections aligned with demand and seasonality. Brief writers/designers and ensure SEO +
brand alignment.
Lead CRM & Retention Marketing
Own the CRM calendar and optimize automated flows (welcome, browse/cart abandonment,
post-purchase, winback, back-in-stock, price drop). Improve segmentation, deliverability, CTR,
and revenue per recipient.
Grow Organic Social & Community
Plan and execute organic social strategies across markets. Increase engagement, product
discovery, and build creator, affiliate, and ambassador loops.
Improve Conversion from Organic Traffic
Work with merchandising and creative teams to enhance landing pages, navigation, filters, and
PDP content. Support CRO initiatives and A/B testing.
Own Reporting & Insights
Build weekly and monthly reports covering traffic, revenue, CRM contribution, retention, and
LTV trends. Identify growth opportunities and action plans.

Organic revenue growth (absolute and % of total)
Organic sessions & non-brand keyword ranking growth
SEO conversion rate & revenue per session
CRM revenue share (Email, WhatsApp, SMS)
Repeat purchase rate & retention rate
Organic social engagement growth
Content ROI (traffic + assisted conversions)
What Were Looking For
3–6+ years in organic growth (preferably e-commerce)
Strong SEO expertise (technical + on-page + content)
Hands-on CRM retention marketing experience
Analytical mindset (traffic conversion revenue thinking)
Ability to execute fast across teams
Structured, data-driven growth thinker
Tools You Should Know
SEO: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog
CRM: Klaviyo (or similar), WhatsApp tools, SMS platforms
Shopify ecosystem understanding
Reporting: Excel / Power BI
