Solution Architect for Transversal Components

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Solution Architect for Transversal Components. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Join the team of IT Solution Architects for the transversal capabilities Tribe, managing assets such as API gateways, portals, e-archiving, middleware, application logging, document management, and more.
• Strengthen the team with your experience in functional and applicative architecture, and stakeholder management, from guiding ideation to obtaining buy-in for proposals.
• Deliver solution architectures for a portfolio of projects, contribute to target architecture, reference documents, and definition of standards and patterns.
• Topics in scope are discussed quarterly with the lead architect and may include:
• Multichannel components (customer context management)
• Flexible authentication (e.g. between web and mobile channels; integration with newly acquired entities; cardless onboarding for corporate customers using mobile app)
• Middleware simplification
• Document management, archiving, functional logging
• Portal for employees' applications and integration with content management
• Migration of on-premise applications to a private cloud
• All responsibilities are carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, ensuring you bring value to every client engagement.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years as an IT architect
• IT background is essential
• Technical experience (mandatory):
• Solution architecture
• Experience with formal architecture frameworks and tools
• Business experience (mandatory):
• Experience in Banking or Insurance; otherwise, experience in large or multinational organizations
• Soft skills:
• Autonomy
• Excellent networking with stakeholders, gathering requirements, checking completeness, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned on mitigations, meeting deadlines without re-work
• Ability to work in agile at scale organizations, agreeing on delivery plans and committing to them
• Ability to clearly articulate architecture choices in English (written and spoken)
• Language requirements:
• Good working level in French or Dutch
• Fluency in English is essential (both written and spoken)
• Travel: None. Full time role, 50% on-premise, 50% homeworking from Belgium
