Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:
This is a consultancy role. You will be employed by Keystone Solutions and embedded within the client's IAM program, collaborating day-to-day with client stakeholders while being supported by Keystone Solutions experts and community. Assignments are performed primarily on-site at the client in Brussels (with hybrid work possible depending on client policy). You will represent Keystone Solutions standards of delivery, communication, and impact throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a Keystone Solutions consultant to define, plan, and coordinate the IAM workstreams required to deploy a unified IAM platform (such as SailPoint) for the group.
- Collaborate with the client's architect and program manager to align scope, milestones, and priorities for the long-term program.
- Design and oversee implementation of automated user lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes.
- Establish RBAC models with clear role engineering and Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, including conflict detection and remediation workflows.
- Define and support automated access provisioning across target systems.
- Coordinate integrations with core systems: Entra ID and ServiceNow.
- Coordinate integration with HR referential systems for authoritative source data and identity attributes.
- Set up and reinforce central IAM governance and compliance controls across all organizations in scope.
- Design and maintain a centralized access request catalog and approval workflows using ServiceNow.
- Document functional and technical requirements, process flows, and controls; contribute to testing, validation, and user training as needed.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies; report regularly to client stakeholders and Keystone Solutions engagement lead.
Dynamic Projects Across Clients:
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will solve diverse IAM challenges across client environments, from greenfield implementations to complex modernization programs. You will engage with varied technology stacks and organizational contexts, expanding your exposure to identity architectures, controls, and compliance frameworks while delivering measurable impact on each mission.
Turbo-Charged Learning and Development:
We accelerate your growth through hands-on client work, peer coaching, knowledge sharing, and support for professional certifications relevant to IAM (for example, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, and ITIL). You will have access to Keystone Solutions’ expert community, structured learning plans, and mentorship to deepen both engineering capability and consulting excellence.
