Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, bringing your expertise to diverse client environments and contributing to impactful initiatives.

Mission Context:

Our client is currently facing a KYC documentation gap due to a recent data loss affecting part of their client files. This has resulted in a temporary increase in operational workload, requiring additional support to ensure delivery timelines and control quality are maintained. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute operationally to the remediation exercise and provide light PMO and change support to help structure the initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Support the re-performance of KYC checks on impacted client files
• Assist with file reconstruction and documentation completion
• Support the team in ensuring documentation completeness and consistency
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders as required

• Support basic PMO activities (volume tracking, backlog monitoring, reporting on remediation progress)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing concrete process enhancements
• Support the structuring and prioritization of remediation efforts, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk appetite
• Contribute to discussions on structural optimisation and operating model evolution (including other countries integration and workload reallocation)
• Monitor KPIs and performance indicators to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints
• Act as a key point of contact between operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of responsibilities
• Challenge existing processes and ownership models to improve efficiency and reinforce accountability across teams
• Support the definition and implementation of governance frameworks (e.g. escalation processes, ownership clarification, control mechanisms)
• Contribute to change management initiatives and support the implementation of new regulatory or internal requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Familiarity with various IT tools
• Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
• Previous experience in KYC is preferable
• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Stress resistant and flexible
• Problem-solver
• Accuracy and precision, quality-minded

Languages:

• Dutch: Native or fluent
• French: Native or fluent
• English: Good

Work Location & Telework:

• Brussels (50% on site & 50% homeworking expected)
