Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Initiative Owner for Secured Written Customer Interactions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the transformation of customer written interactions within a major financial institution.


Responsibilities:

  • Take autonomous ownership of the initiative according to Agile practices.
  • Understand, clarify, and formalize the scope of the initiative, ensuring all stakeholder needs are covered, simplifying and optimizing where possible, and maintaining overall coherence.
  • Define the strategy and market vision for the initiative.
  • Elaborate on the value and determine initiative KPIs.
  • Identify and document the different deliverables required, prioritize them (backlog management), and propose a validated delivery roadmap.
  • Collaborate closely with the Cluster Product Owner, contributing teams, architects, security, regulatory and risk instances, and IT colleagues.
  • Manage and support Product Owners/Operational Owners during ideation and refinement of deliverables.
  • Align with group guidelines to bridge with the group’s Opti-channel strategy.
  • Monitor and report on progress, delivery, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and quality.
  • Document and initiate budget requests, monitor budget use.
  • Ensure transparent and persuasive communication with middle and senior management (C-level).
  • Monitor and report on progress regarding delivery, status, risks, issues, and generated value.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in program and project management, focusing on strategy, priorities, time, budget, and dependencies, while keeping business and customer interests central.
  • Technical and functional understanding to interact with architects, developers, and experts.
  • Experience in program/project management, strong analytical skills, ability to break down complex issues, and draw conclusions from evidence and assumptions.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence, with strong stakeholder management and customer centricity.
  • Familiarity with augmented messaging solutions, AI, and digital solutions is preferable.
  • Banking experience is an asset.

Education and Certification:

  • Master’s degree required.
  • Mandatory certification in program/project management and change management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR). Agile is the methodology currently used.

Work Model:

  • Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
