Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on-site with our client as a Domain Architect, acting as the connecting link between business strategy and IT capabilities. You translate strategic objectives into concrete technological solutions and guide the rollout of IT projects within our clients organization. Thanks to your insight into both business and IT, you help the organization realize its digital ambitions. You will actively contribute to structuring and organizing IT initiatives and ensure optimal alignment between business needs and technological possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You collaborate with business and IT leaders to describe and understand their business and operating models, making the enterprise model clear and explicit.
  • You ensure that the business and operating models align by making the interdependencies between components visible and ensuring the whole forms a logical and coherent narrative.
  • You are responsible for developing business capability models, value streams, business processes, customer journey mappings, and other key business architecture deliverables to support business and product owners in their strategic decisions.
  • You assess the complexity and scope of new project ideas.
  • You coordinate pre-project analyses up to the business case stage by:
    • Involving all relevant experts, such as solution, technical, and infrastructure architects, business experts, and IT DevOps teams
    • Developing and describing scenarios for possible solutions
    • Working with the finance business partner, product owner, and project manager on cost-benefit analyses
  • You play a key role in preparing the business case, in concert with the product owner, the finance business partner, and the project manager.
  • You work closely with the program management office on the benefits, risks, issues, and reporting of initiatives and projects.

All of the above responsibilities will be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working closely with the client under our consultancy model.
