As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will support the digital transformation of the customer experience across the group. The role is based in Brussels with a hybrid arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.


About the Role:

We are looking for a Functional Analyst who combines strong analytical and modeling skills with a deep understanding of business processes and modern IT architecture. You will play a key role in designing and evolving systems that support billing, revenue collection, and revenue assurance processes while also enabling front-end teams through robust APIs and modular services. This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring continuity across complex processes and systems. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will perform these responsibilities on-site and in close collaboration with the clients teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and model business processes using UML, BPMN, and API modeling tools.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications that are modular, service-oriented, and technically coherent.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Challenge and refine requirements to ensure they are complete, consistent, and aligned with architectural principles.
  • Ensure functional continuity across systems and teams — not just within your own scope.
  • Support the transformation from legacy systems to modular, API-driven architecture.
  • Document and communicate complex information in a structured and accessible way.
  • Contribute to testing strategies and validate functional deliverables.

  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role in complex IT environments.
  • Strong modeling skills: UML, BPMN, API specifications (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
  • Experience working with modular, service-based, or domain-driven architectures.
  • Ability to structure, summarize, and challenge information and requirements.
  • A critical thinker with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).


Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in customer/contract/case management domains.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sparx EA, Draw.io, Postman, or API gateways.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methods and DevOps environments.
