Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer within the Client Service Center. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.


Mission Context:

The mission focuses on addressing customer complaints with accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe, balancing client satisfaction with business interests. The client is currently facing a significant backlog of complaints, primarily related to fraud cases, and aims to resolve them efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the processing of fraud-related complaints
  • Thoroughly analyze complaints and gather all supporting evidence
  • Provide the customer with a comprehensive and appropriate response
  • Act as a point of contact towards internal and external clients
  • Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction

All these responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, offering you the opportunity to work in dynamic client environments.

  • English: Basic knowledge

  • Bachelor or Master degree

Telework:

  • Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Required Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience:

  • Mandatory: Good expertise in MS Office, familiar with various IT tools
  • Preferable: Proficiency in tools such as TPX and Herodote is a significant advantage

Business Experience:

  • Mandatory: Working knowledge of banking products such as accounts, cards, and banking applications
  • Preferable: Strong interest in finance and banking products; prior experience in a complaints department and/or bank branch is an advantage
