Role Description:

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will drive the development and optimization of digital channels for professional customers and users, aligning business objectives with digital strategies. Your responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions and enhancing user experience in banking channels.

  • Gather and analyze requirements to deeply understand business needs and pain points.
  • Engage stakeholders, ensuring alignment on progress, timelines, and objectives.
  • Identify effective and achievable digital solutions, supporting delivery phases.
  • Support testing phases, clarify business requirements, create change management materials, and collaborate on incident resolution.
  • Work closely with Channel Managers, Product Owners, Marketing/Product Management, and Process teams to align digital solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Lead studies related to your scope, prepare documentation for management, create mock-ups, concept designs, and define MVPs.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT, using a user-centric, collaborative, and agile approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with excellent knowledge of Dutch or French.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, workshop facilitation, innovation, or design thinking are a plus.
  • Limited need for international and domestic travel.
  • Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

  • Requirements gathering and analysis, including documentation, OKR definition, Customer Journey Mapping, and User Story slicing.
  • BPMN.
  • Data analysis using Excel, Business Objects, or other leading tools.
  • Stakeholder engagement, mapping, active listening, and communication skills.
  • Project management skills, including agile methodologies.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking (cost/benefit analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.).
  • Experience creating business cases from preparation to validation.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects in consulting/client-facing environments.
  • Use of collaborative tools such as digital whiteboards and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Business Experience:

  • Ability to run productive meetings, work collaboratively, and facilitate workshops.
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation projects in consulting/client-facing environments.
  • Experience managing digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Preferable Experience:

  • Experience with concept design, UX testing, and innovation.
  • Proficiency in using data insights for business decisions and digital channel optimization.
  • Experience in the financial services sector and familiarity with daily banking topics (Payments, Cards, Accounts, etc.) in an enterprise context.
