Scrum Master

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master / Feature Delivery Owner for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions. This pivotal role focuses on driving the agile delivery of strong processes that support business continuity and operational resilience. You will lead a squad working across departments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuity objectives as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Act as a servant leader, coaching the team and stakeholders on agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Serve as Feature Delivery Owner, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of continuity processes.
• Coordinate with business continuity stakeholders to ensure that feature delivery supports recovery objectives and critical asset protection.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions to maintain focus and delivery momentum.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization aligned with business continuity goals.
• Monitor sprint health using tools like Jira or Rally, and report on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-squad coordination through Scrum of Scrums and ensure alignment on shared deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to the development of alerting, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms for critical data services.
• Champion agile values across the organization and act as a change agent for agile transformation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in agile project delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks.
• Experience in the business continuity domain.
• Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally) and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in business-critical or regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance, or infrastructure).
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
