IAM consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IAM Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions, specializing in cybersecurity and identity governance within the financial sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity Suite, access control frameworks, and business modeling for identity lifecycle management. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing IAM solutions that ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to critical financial systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IAM solutions using Identity Suite, tailored to financial regulatory and operational requirements, as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Translate business processes into IAM models, ensuring alignment between identity governance and organizational roles.
• Define and manage access control policies, role-based access models (RBAC), and segregation of duties (SoD) rules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture access requirements and model them into Omada workflows and policies.
• Configure and maintain identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and recertification.
• Integrate IAM with core financial systems, HR platforms, and directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD).
• Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments to identify IAM vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing documentation and evidence of IAM controls and processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams on IAM best practices.
• Monitor and optimize IAM performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in IAM roadmap planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM consulting, with at least 2 years working with an IAM Suite.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, access control models, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience in business process modeling and translating functional requirements into IAM configurations.
• Familiarity with financial sector compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
