Senior Functional Analyst

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions for a client undergoing an internal digital workplace redesign. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute to creating accessible, efficient, and user-friendly applications that meet the needs of diverse users, within the context of the clients internal digital transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and analyze business processes and user needs.
• Translate these needs into IT features and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify improvements and optimize processes.
• Define the desired processes and establish acceptance criteria.
• Produce documents that serve as a working basis for technical colleagues (technical analysts, developers, testers).
• Maintain regular contact with business analysts, technical colleagues, and business users.

Profile Requirements:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a functional analyst.
• Interest in the general functioning of the client organization and the digitization of processes within the clients program.
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working.
• Experience with complex and large-scale IT projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UML and optionally BPMN, CMMN and/or DMN.
• Good knowledge of database structures and XML (JSON is a plus).
• Proficiency with Enterprise Architect is an asset.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and Figma is an asset.
• Fluent in French or Dutch; English is a plus.

• Operate as a Keystone Solutions consultant, engaging on-site at the clients location and collaborating closely with client stakeholders.

• Represent Keystone Solutions professionally, ensuring clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and stakeholder alignment.

• Contribute to process optimization, requirements engineering, and solution design across multiple workstreams.
• Leverage and grow expertise in UML, BPMN/CMMN/DMN, data structures, and UX/UI collaboration tools across varying project scopes.
