Senior UX Researcher UX Strategy Research Lead

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking two Senior UX Researchers / UX Strategy & Research Leads for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a structured, adaptable, and reusable UX approach to identify users and determine the level of support and UX methods to apply based on the audience, context, and project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand users by mapping the different audiences of the client's digital services.
• Conduct user research: interviews, observations, questionnaires, qualitative and quantitative analyses, etc.
• Identify user needs, usages, and constraints.
• Build personas/user profiles based on research results.
• Create a UX evaluation framework to determine the necessary level of UX support for each project based on its audience, challenges, complexity, and existing knowledge.
• Develop a toolbox of reusable UX methods and tools: interviews, questionnaires, personas, user journeys, workshops, prototype testing, user testing, analysis grids, etc.
• Define a methodology to test solutions with users and measure effectiveness when necessary.
• Support teams in integrating user research from the project scoping phase.
• Provide templates, guides, and tools necessary for applying UX methods.
• Help evolve the Design System based on insights from research or user testing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research, user interviews, user testing, persona creation, and user journeys.
• Ability to transform research results into concrete recommendations and methodologies.
• Experience in a large organization or the public sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility, inclusion, and Design Systems is an asset.
