About the job Data Protection Officer Consultant
Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant to support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at a client site. This consultancy mission involves working on compliance initiatives related to data protection, particularly focusing on the WePulse program and other strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance compliance activities by updating the processing register.
- Conduct and monitor Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Evaluate risks associated with data processing.
- Analyze data protection aspects in new projects.
- Follow up on compliance action plans.
- Support operational teams in implementing and adhering to regulatory requirements, including GDPR, AI Act, and NIS2.
Strategic Project Support:
The consultant will provide ongoing support for various projects at the client site, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and offering advice, analyses, recommendations, and validations.
Continuity and Risk Management:
Having dedicated support will help avoid disruptions in ongoing cases, ensure quick responses to new requests, strengthen management of legal, operational, and reputational risks, and assist the DPO in control, advisory, and governance tasks.
Contract Optimization:
A framework contract is already in place, allowing the continuation of this mission without new contractual procedures. This request is for a new purchase order to cover necessary services until the end of the year.
