Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions and embedded at our client. The engagement focuses on establishing a strong DevOps foundation for a new Credits cluster composed of two squads within the client’s enterprise organization. As a Keystone Solutions DevOps Coach, you will coach squads on DevOps capabilities and on how to interact effectively with other squads in the broader Risk & Credits domain. Together with the Chapter Leads, you will play a key role in harmonizing ways of working and practices across the Credits cluster and potentially beyond.


Consultancy Nature of Work:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work closely with the client’s squads, combining on-site collaboration (50%) with remote work (50%). You will bring Keystone’s proven coaching practices, accelerators, and playbooks to guide the client’s teams, while aligning with their context, tools, and governance. You will be part of Keystone’s consulting community, leveraging our collective expertise to solve client challenges while maintaining the highest standards of delivery and craftsmanship.


Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities at the client, operating under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model:

  • Help the squads to adopt capabilities for developing, (automated) testing, deploying and releasing application
  • Work together with the squads of the tribe and other DevOps squad coaches to improve the way of working:
  • Keep uptodate on industry standards and evolutions and use this knowledge to propose evolutions and improvements
  • Improve deliverables of the team by training them on, and assisting them to analyze their current situation, helping them build a plan choosing improvements from following services:
    • Software craftsmanship
    • Trunk based development
    • BDD/TDD
    • Test Automation
    • CI/CD
    • Value Stream Mapping
    • Cloud, Kubernetes & Containerization
    • Code maintainability
  • Work together with the squads of the tribe and other DevOps squad coaches to improve the way of working:

Required Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience (mandatory):

  • Sound experience in implementation of continuous build, integration and deployment systems.
  • Experience in different software development models:
  • Experience in the administration, setup and maintenance of continuous build and integration platforms. Experience in Java development and build
  • Experience with source code (GitLab) and artefact repositories (Nexus)
  • Experience in code scanning tools (Sonar / Fortify / Nexus / ... )
  • Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • A strong development profile combined with a proven coaching experience; good understanding of the SDLC

Business Experience (mandatory):

  • Thorough experience working in or with Agile development teams
  • Experience in the different Agile frameworks
  • Experience in Impact mapping, story mapping, example mapping

Language Requirements:

  • English: Excellent knowledge
  • French: Knowledge is an important plus

Education:

  • Master or equivalent by experience

Certification:

  • Certification as DevOps Coach as well as in scaled agile methodologies is a clear plus

Telework:

  • Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
