Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Production Data Engineer specializing in Logging and Monitoring. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the success of our clients’ IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure monitoring and logging solutions (such as Dynatrace, IBM Netcool, ELK, Sysdig) for client applications, ensuring alignment with Event Management (EVM) and Incident Management (INC) processes.
- Collaborate with the squad and external partners to integrate, customize, and optimize logging/monitoring tools to meet internal client needs.
- Act as the go-to expert for IT partners, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Develop scripts and automation (PowerShell, API integrations) to streamline monitoring workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with group standards and contribute to defining guidelines for new solutions in IT Cloud and dMZR environments.
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, driving innovation in the monitoring and logging ecosystem.
- Adhere to scrum values (focused, committed, open, respectful, and courageous) and collaborate closely with team members according to priorities set by the product owner.
- Promote knowledge sharing, open communication, continuous learning, and a commitment to delivering added value.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools: Dynatrace, IBM Netcool Operation Insights, Sysdig, ELK (Log as a Service), IBM Cloud Logs.
- Experience with scripting and automation: PowerShell, API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud/infrastructure: IT Cloud, IBM dMZR As Code (nice-to-have).
- Understanding of processes: EVM (Event Management), INC (Incident Management), ITIL/ITSM (nice-to-have).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and client-specific solutions.
Language Requirements:
- Good knowledge of either Dutch or French, with active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
- English proficiency required.

Additional Information:
- Occasional travel to Paris may be required.
