Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Product Owner within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on projects in the area of Customer and Employee facing channels, including web and mobile banking platforms, across various banking domains such as investments, daily banking, lending, and insurance. You will be part of the Channels & Customer Experience Individuals tribe, engaging in dynamic environments and diverse challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Agile Product Owner, representing stakeholders and the voice of the customer, capturing expectations, preferences, and aversions.
- Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog, ensuring the development team's full understanding and sprint consistency.
- Build the product’s big picture and roadmap, translating it for the development team.
- Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
- Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
- Continuously prioritize key business needs and monitor the Product Backlog.
- Align stakeholders on the product to be delivered.
- Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
- Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.).
- Make decisions or arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
- Conduct live adjustments and follow-up on Sprints Backlog.

Language Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Product Owner certification is a plus.
Work Location & Telework:
- Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
Experience & Knowledge:
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory business experience: knowledge of the banking group, business environment, agile methodologies, budget management, and project management.
- Preferable: knowledge of the banking sector, digital projects, and mobile expertise.
