Microsoft 365 Technical Consultant

Mission Overview:

As part of a digital modernization program at a client, this consultancy mission focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing collaborative solutions based on Microsoft 365. The consultant will address internal needs related to document management, business processes, automation, and the enhancement of SharePoint and Power Platform environments. They will provide both technical and functional support to help client teams implement reliable, secure solutions aligned with group standards. This mission will be carried out as a Keystone Solutions consultant, within a client consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze the needs of the client's business teams.
• Design SharePoint architectures tailored to projects (sites, permissions, templates, navigation).
• Develop Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate automations.
• Create or improve SharePoint front-end components (SPFx, modern pages, UI/UX).
• Support users: workshops, training, documentation, and support.
• Contribute to the migration and reorganization of existing M365 workspaces.
• Ensure technical consistency, deliverable quality, and request tracking in an Agile mode.

General Criteria:

• Relevant experience: 02 – 04 years (Junior).
• Work schedule: Part-time 60%.

Required Skills:

• Technical skills: Expertise in SharePoint Online: site structuring, permissions management, libraries, metadata.
• Configuration and deployment of collaborative solutions (Teams, OneDrive, M365 lists).
• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) – 2+ years of experience.
• Development of modern web parts: TypeScript, React, PnP, Graph API.
• Custom UI/UX integration and front-end optimizations.
• Web development – 2+ years of experience: advanced JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, mastery of modern libraries (React, Fluent UI).
• Power Platform – 2+ years of experience: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (complex workflows, integrations, standard/custom connectors), ALM best practices (Dev/Test/Prod environments).
• Azure & Automation – 2+ years of experience: Azure Functions (Node.js / C#), Logic Apps, PowerShell to automate M365 operations (site, user, permission management).
• M365 Governance & Security – 2+ years of experience: implementation of architecture best practices, compliance, document classification, use of governance tools (e.g., templates, provisioning, security controls).

Desired Skills:

• Technical skills: Microsoft Graph, webhooks, REST services.
• File migration to SharePoint Online.
• Ergonomic improvements of M365 interfaces.
• Use of Fluent UI, SharePoint themes, modern pages design.
• Soft skills: Motivated, Autonomous, Team-player, Proactive communicator, Analytical mindset.

Languages:

• Dutch & English required, minimum level C1.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's in IT (or a related field).
