Technical Lead JAVA Expert

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Technical Lead (JAVA) - Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic client projects, bringing your expertise to diverse environments and contributing to the client’s Center of Expertise Application Development & Maintenance (COE ADM). You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver value on client assignments, embodying our core values and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and document development guidelines and best practices, ensuring their adoption and implementation across the client’s IT landscape, with a focus on the Benelux IT Delivery Factory.
• Support developers by providing coaching, mentoring, and facilitating effective communication with both IT and non-IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to IT4IT projects managed within the Center of Expertise.
• Engage in hands-on development to ensure practical application of guidelines and best practices.
• Demonstrate strong software engineering skills, including UML, architecture, infrastructure, SDLC, and a robust security mindset.
• Leverage autonomy, DevOps expertise, and cloud knowledge in daily activities.
• Facilitate and animate the Benelux developers' Community of Practice (CoP).
• Collaborate with other technical leaders (analysis, testing, process, etc.) to ensure transversal alignment and cover mutual requirements.
• Engage with local IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication (Architecture, Infrastructure, Risk & Security, etc.).
• Act as a local ambassador for group initiatives and requirements in the scope of development (AI for developers, security champions, etc.).
• Represent the Center of Expertise ADM team in the Change Management Board (CAB) to validate change requests.
• Report to the Head of COE ADM and collaborate closely with IT Tribe Leads.

Language Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).

Work Location & Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory: Mastery of Java programming, techniques, good practices, and standards.
• Mandatory: DevOps expertise and cloud knowledge.
• Mandatory: Security acumen.
• Mandatory: Experience with Scrum.
• Preferable: Delivery management and software architecture experience.
• Preferable: Experience in the banking/financial sector.
