Marketing Expert Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Marketing Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with MarCom Managers, Audience & Workflow Experts, and Performance Analysts to update and optimize dashboards for permanent campaigns, including defining parameters and guidelines for industrialized monitoring and integrating insights into dashboards.
• Map workload for backlog prioritization and develop proposals for capacity balancing between Run and Change activities.
• Develop governance proposals for future reviews, including processes, frequency, and roles.
• Analyze and optimize existing always-on campaigns.
• Assess whether certain campaigns can be consolidated into journeys.
• Define criteria for one-shot versus always-on campaigns and propose optimization recommendations.
• Perform data analysis and actively promote the use of data, independently identifying and sourcing relevant data sets.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical thinking and passion for marketing data.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a structured way.
• Advanced expertise in campaign and journey marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and internal data tools.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch or French, and English, both spoken and written.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
