Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, account growth, and overall business success. As a consultant, you will represent Keystone Solutions while working closely with our client to implement and manage flexible mobility solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers and help them make the most of our product.
- Ensure our customers are delighted with their experience and consistently meeting their goals.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise. Work closely with clients and internal teams to find effective solutions.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for growth and help them expand their usage of our product.
- Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and effectively communicate those offerings to our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and improve overall customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Natural ability to identify upsell opportunities and pitch products effectively.
- Hands-on approach with a strong desire to resolve customer issues.
- Insatiable curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for customer success in the SaaS environment.
- Strong work ethic and professional pride in delivering results.
- Fluent in Dutch (Must have) and English; French is a plus.
