IT Security Control Officer

Mission Overview:

We are looking for a consultant to partner with our client in the banking domain to carry out operational IT controls focused on access management. This role entails executing essential tasks to comply with regulatory requirements from group and legal authorities while promoting efficiency and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute operational IT controls concerning access management in accordance with regulatory requirements from group and legal authorities.
• Ensure compliance with operational protocols and contribute to the maintenance of IT governance.
• Maintain effective communication with various IT stakeholders regarding compliance issues and operational controls.
• Foster an environment of autonomy and rigorous practices in operational IT control execution.

Requirements:

• First experience required in IT, preferably in a controlling function.
• Knowledge of the IT domain and its regulatory landscape.
• Capacity to engage and communicate effectively with IT stakeholders.
• Ability to work rigorously and autonomously.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly.

Consultancy Nature of Work:

This position is centered around consultancy, requiring the successful candidate to work on-site with the client in Brussels, while also allowing for a hybrid model of 50% onsite and 50% remote work.
