Mission Overview:

Senior Business Analyst (Fraud Cluster) – Consultancy mission through Keystone Solutions. You will be employed by Keystone Solutions and work closely with our client’s Fraud Cluster in a large banking environment. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will use data storytelling to communicate the value of deliverables to stakeholders, elevate understanding of the Fraud Cluster’s work, and contribute to fraud prevention and detection initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile ideation and refinement, and an understanding of the banking fraud context, are expected.


Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:

This role is delivered under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model. You will be embedded on-site or in hybrid mode within the client’s teams while being fully supported by Keystone Solutions. You will collaborate with client stakeholders, product owners, and squads to execute the client’s priorities, backed by Keystone’s community, mentoring, and learning resources.


Client Environment and Context:

The mission is within the client’s Fraud Cluster, which provides tools to fight fraud and coordinates a bank-wide strategy against fraud. The Fraud Cluster operates inside a Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe, which supports the bank’s contact strategy by enabling remote interactions, automating processes, and delivering fraud prevention tools and solutions. All responsibilities below will be carried out as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be fluent with KPIs and numbers and use visualization techniques to present a clear and coherent story to stakeholders.
  • Proactively propose improvements in feature definition or prioritization based on quantitative insights.
  • Lead end-to-end features and opuses; act as Feature Owner/Opus Owner aligned to priorities and scope set by product owners.
  • Participate in functional analysis when required. Take the necessary steps to ease business needs collection, liaise and coordinate contributors and stakeholders during refinement until the feature is mature.
  • Help the business express their needs, challenge them (efficiency, future-oriented solutions, strategic fit), and document them.
  • Ensure regular, unambiguous communication to business stakeholders and contributors. Obtain validation of collected requirements (including use of mock-ups and visuals) and ensure customer experience aspects are covered.
  • Translate business/client needs into requirements toward the target solution(s). Challenge where required to progress toward efficient solutions. Document business needs so other squad members can progress autonomously and liaise with other contributors when required.
  • Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities to deliver maximal quality; report on progress, defects, risks, and related items.
  • Support change management by helping businesses onboard new solutions, mapping needs to delivered functionalities, and monitoring at go live.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to keep progress on track and share transparently.

All of the above will be performed in close collaboration with the client’s teams as a Keystone Solutions consultant.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role.
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a differentiating factor.

Technical Experience:

Mandatory

  • Expertise in MS Office (specifically with graphs and visualisations of data).
  • Contribution to testing activities.
  • Functional analysis and understanding of technical functionalities.
