Business Analyst Expert Daily Banking Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst - Expert in Daily Banking for the Transactions squad. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse issues and propose improvements
• Analyse and evaluate incoming change requests or projects
• Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and evaluate different options
• Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Act as interface with stakeholders
• Bridge business needs with IT
• Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT)
• Prepare cases for Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and organise or execute BAT
• Follow up on the implementation of changes

All these responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, ensuring you are supported by our dynamic team and resources.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Business expertise (products, processes, etc.) in daily banking
• Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
• Experience as a Business Analyst in a banking environment
• Knowledge of technical aspects of daily banking (preferable; banking environment typically combines mainframe and distributed applications)
• Experience in project management in a bank (preferable)
• Experience with agile methodology (preferable)
• Trained in business analysis methods and tools (preferable)
