Building Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Building Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be the point of contact for users of the assigned buildings and ensure compliance with established building management standards. The work will involve travel within and around the province of East Flanders, with potential trips to West Flanders and Flemish Brabant in the absence of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate both preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring a quick, solution-oriented, and customer-focused response from the Buildings & Facilities service.
• Represent the Facilities department during CPBW meetings in the provinces and gather necessary information within the department.
• Assist the Head of Service and team coordinators in monitoring ongoing work at various locations, utilizing available contracts to ensure the best service for internal clients.
• Collaborate with staff and team coordinators to establish necessary contacts to resolve issues.
• Prepare work orders or project requests in conjunction with the requesting party.
