IT Project Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Project Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope, working with diverse teams to achieve specific objectives.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring the desired results are achieved, resources are used efficiently, and all interests are satisfied.
• Work within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode, reporting to the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding financial environment focused on service quality, regulatory compliance, and information systems security.
• Implement the Product Delivery Management Procedure across three squads within the Tribe.
• Coordinate and oversee deliveries across squads in collaboration with IT Tribe leads.
• Ensure commitments are met regarding deadlines, quality, and budget, working closely with Product Owners, IT Tribe leads, and technical teams.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking project progress.
• Ensure deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, focusing on security, compliance, resilience, integration, licensing, and cost optimization in line with enterprise IT standards.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Present progress updates at steering committees and governance meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven experience in project management and delivery management.
• Experience with project steering committees (executive stakeholders).
• Experience with infrastructure migration projects is a plus.
• Experience in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, healthcare, public) is mandatory.
• Experience with RFP processes is preferable.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Administration.
• PMP certification required; CSPO certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English and at least one of the national languages (Dutch or French).
