Senior Business/Functional Analyst

Mission Overview:

We are looking for a combined profile of a senior business/functional analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will support the product owner in prioritizing tasks depending on the size of the sub-project.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role include the following, to be performed as a Keystone Solutions consultant while working closely with our client:

• Detecting, analyzing, and documenting business needs and defining the scope of various projects.
• Leading and facilitating workshops with different stakeholders in both national languages to capture the needs.
• Translating these needs into ICT solutions.
• Proposing process and functionality improvements.
• Documenting requirements (AS IS and TO BE processes, business rules, business concepts, functional and technical requirements, etc.).
• Developing the requirements into functionalities and understandable documentation for IT experts.
• Collaborating with other team members to create application documentation.
• Creating a product backlog, developing product backlog items, and setting up the implementation trajectory.
• Analyzing and creating data models.
• Creating mockups.
• Developing test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Conducting thorough tests on the products before they are delivered to the business.
• Reporting to various stakeholders.
