Senior Functional Analyst

Mission Overview:

As part of a program to take over a portion of the application landscape for the Ministry of Defense, Keystone Solutions is looking for consultants to strengthen internal teams. The Defense program comprises the overall management transition of around thirty business applications in the initial phase. These applications vary significantly from both a business and technological perspective.

The activities involved in this transition may include:

• Hand Over/Take Over (documentation, application maintenance, development of new features, etc.)
• Reengineering and/or complete rewriting of applications to meet current development standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will perform the following responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions consultant:

• Excellent functional and business analysis skills to quickly assimilate complex material.
• Strong ability to abstract complex material, to subsequently coach new arrivals.
• Ability to seamlessly integrate into an existing team.
• Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM development techniques.
• The application ecosystem is relatively vast and relies on traditional development technologies (Java, PostgreSQL, Angular, Selenium, Maven, GIT, JIRA, etc.).
• Good understanding of architectural concepts and development principles.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch, and a good knowledge of the other language.

Contract and Work Environment:

The contract will be confirmed until 30/09/2025, with the possibility of renewal every 3 or 6 months. There is an option for remote work (7 hours and 48 minutes per day) with a minimum on-site presence of 1 day per week.
