UX Designer - Digital Assistant Pilot Project

Mission Overview:

The position available is for a UX Expert as part of a consultancy mission at our client site through Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of a digital assistant aimed at improving the accessibility of government services, while fully embracing the consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of a digital assistant aimed at simplifying and making government services more accessible as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
• Collaborate in co-creation with content and technical colleagues, as well as (future) users, to integrate user insights from the first iterations.
• Ensure the digital assistant is understandable, reliable, and inclusive, even when dealing with complex underlying logic such as AI systems.
• Support the team in translating ethical frameworks and design principles into practice, and help build a scalable UX approach across multiple services.

Skills/Profile:

• Proven experience as a UX designer.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with responsive screen design.
• Proven experience in creating designs using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, etc.).
• Demonstrable experience with content design: shaping content-driven pages.
• Proven experience in implementing designs in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
