The role of a Senior Full Stack Developer positions you as a key consultant within Keystone Solutions, focusing on innovative and impactful application development projects at our client site within the Federal Judicial Police in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will not only be responsible for designing and building new applications from the ground up but also enhancing existing solutions to meet the evolving needs of the client. You will engage closely with users and stakeholders across various levels of the organization, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded through effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define application requirements as a consultant.
• Design and develop web and mobile applications in line with established standards under the consultancy model.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing applications to enhance efficiency, usability, and modernization in client environments.
• Participate in development and change management planning, aligned with technical requirements and management priorities for the client.
• Define and execute test procedures across different environments within the DEVOPS track, ensuring quality as part of your consultancy role.
• Draft technical and user documentation and oversee the rollout of new or updated applications within the client context.

Profile & Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL; experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., document, multimodal, graph, vector) is highly valued for consultancy projects.
• Experience with mobile app development (e.g., React Native) and familiarity with the Laravel framework (front-end and back-end) is crucial for the position.
• Proficient in defining and using APIs, with a solid understanding of infrastructure when designing project solutions for clients.
• Familiar with case management systems and capable of translating needs into CMS implementations, enhancing client operations.
• Strong grasp of information security, including authentication, authorization, logging, and compliance by design/default, is essential for protecting client data.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective client engagement.
