As an Application Analyst, you will be at the heart of this transformation, collaborating with healthcare professionals and experts to design tools tailored to their needs, while optimizing processes. The position is for a consultancy mission at a client site through Keystone Solutions.

Your Main Role: Optimize and Develop

• Collaborate with end users to assess improvement requests, possible impacts, and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze and challenge existing practices to propose solutions tailored to systemic needs and constraints.
• Implement new features by configuring software and collaborating with the relevant teams.
• Actively participate in managing institutional projects related to the EPIC system.

Your Operational Responsibilities: Accompany and Support

• Diagnose and resolve reported system issues, while testing new software versions to ensure results meet expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date training environments and materials for end users.
• Configure reports, indicators, and security models to meet user needs.
• Communicate all changes or updates to the system and ensure effective follow-up.
• Ensure continuous support to address technical inquiries from users.

Profile:

Qualifications and Required Experiences

• You hold a bachelors degree related to the healthcare or paramedical field or in information management, with experience in the health sector.
• A good oral and written understanding of English is required. A six-month period to enhance your language skills can be considered if necessary.

• You demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and have a strong team spirit.
• You have solid active communication skills.
• You are open to continuous learning.

Complementary Assets

• Interest in the field of information technology and innovative technologies.
• Prior experience with the EPIC program is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Saint-Luc University Clinics and its TPI² program is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and improving care.
