Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Architect Coach to join our team as a consultant at our clients site. The successful candidate will bring experience in .NET and Artificial Intelligence (AI), playing a crucial role in facilitating the introduction of AI within IT teams.


Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic AI Integration
      Act as a trusted advisor to IT managers, helping them identify and implement AI use cases that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.

    • Technical Coaching & Enablement
      Coach development teams on best practices in .NET architecture, DevSecOps, and cloud-native design patterns. Support the adoption of modern development methodologies and tools.

    • Experimentation & Prototyping
      Lead the testing and validation of AI-driven solutions, including semantic search, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics. Facilitate proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to assess feasibility and impact.

    • Architecture Design & Governance
      Design scalable and secure AI architectures, integrating them with existing IT systems. Define architectural standards, documentation, and governance models to ensure consistency and quality.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration
      Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical solutions.

    • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
      Promote a culture of innovation by organizing workshops, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute to the organization's technology roadmap.

Skills:
    • Technical Expertise

      • Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET, and C#
      • Experience with AI frameworks, semantic kernel, and agentic services
      • Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, REST/JSON APIs, and cloud-native patterns
      • Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Soft Skills

      • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
      • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across team
