IT Functional Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Functional Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Clearly identify business problems and requirements, mapping out possible solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment.
• Investigate costs and benefits, and design the chosen solution in detail, specifying data, processes, and solution structure.
• During the preparation phase: accompany business analysts, product owners, and clients in solution reflection; propose alternatives aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy; ensure adoption of enterprise rules and standards; collaborate with architects, project managers, asset managers, and product owners; coordinate asset teams and ensure unified understanding of client needs.
• During the elaboration phase: translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements; align with asset teams on functional responsibilities; design application solutions and detail impacts on application components; specify requirements with technical teams.
• During the construction phase: follow up on development and testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications; provide technical definitions for components; support suppliers during development, integration, and assembly testing; analyze defects during testing; support release and deployment teams.
• Once in production, provide ad hoc support to operational entities and helpdesks; analyze production incidents and coordinate solutions; maintain documentation.
• In an agile context, preparation, elaboration, and construction are combined in sprints.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst in IT.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems (mandatory).
• Experience in Mobile iOS/Android (preferable).
• Knowledge of the banking and technical domain, and analysis methodology according to enterprise standards (mandatory).
• Practical experience with Scrum (preferable).
• Agile mindset: positive attitude, pragmatism, thirst for knowledge, focus on team success, and continuous improvement.
• Soft skills: rigour, methodical approach, analytical and accurate, adaptability, strong communication, team player, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
