Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, bringing your expertise to diverse client environments and contributing to their commercial development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and foster reuse and continuity of knowledge across all projects.
• Analyze and design new business processes.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Work with project managers, architects, and team members to define metrics and performance goals for applications.
• Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring clear and complete understanding.
• Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality management reviews, especially of designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
• Plan and actively execute the business analysis requirements management strategy, communicating, driving, and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations, prioritizing their dependencies to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Requirements:

• Master or bachelor degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Analytical mind and conceptual thinking.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Structured approach and ability to work independently.
• Problem-solving skills, quality-minded, attention to detail, and goal-oriented.
• Open to change.
• Language requirements: Native or fluent in Dutch and French, fluent in English.
• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
