Subject Matter Expert Facility Management Technical Expert Electricity

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Subject Matter Expert in Facility Management with a technical focus on electricity. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the client’s facility management operations.

Responsibilities:

• Support other Facility Management domains in the development of feasibility studies, concepts, and projects for both agency and administrative buildings, focusing on electrical installations (low and medium voltage) and associated low current techniques (security systems, alarms, etc.).
• Independently establish detailed technical concepts, for example, for technical rollouts.
• Adopt and correctly apply internal guidelines and procedures.
• Develop, publish, and maintain standardization through guidelines and procedures in collaboration with colleagues.
• Conduct risk analyses, lead risk management, and execute technical audits.
• Act as a second-line expert in case of issues or requests from other Facility Management domains.
• Complete as-built documentation files.
• Prepare pre-studies in electricity and data cabling for the client’s network of agencies across Belgium, with documentation in both Dutch and French, including at least one on-site visit per project.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering (ir or ing).
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design or execution of projects or project components in electricity.
• Experience in data cabling is preferable.
• Technical skills: mandatory knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and Visio; Elec Calc is preferable.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English is optional.
• Teamwork and autonomy, flexibility, strong communication, solution-oriented mindset, and initiative.
• Willingness to travel within Belgium.
• Telework: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking; full presence in Brussels required for the first 3 to 4 months.
