DevOps Engineer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer - Expert to join our team as a consultant at our client's site in Brussels. This exciting opportunity involves working on innovative projects and leveraging your expertise to enhance client operations through our consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and manage applications and infrastructure using Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and scalable containerized environments.
• Design and develop a dedicated platform on Kubernetes.
• Manage containerized applications.
• Develop and manage dedicated services on Kubernetes.
• Implement pipelines for automated deployments and provisioning infrastructure.
• Optimize Kubernetes clusters and applications for high performance and efficient scaling.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within Kubernetes environments.
• Work closely with developers and other teams to integrate and optimize application workflows.
• Set up and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for Kubernetes clusters.

Education:

Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Seniority:

At least 6 years of relevant experience.

Language Requirements:

Very good knowledge of English is mandatory. Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a significant advantage for interactions with clients, co-workers, and external partners.

Required Knowledge / Experience:

• A strong development profile combined with cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• At least 5 years of experience in Java and/or Go.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Experience in certificates management: OAuth2, Vault.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling: GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform.
• Good understanding of the SDLC.
• Proficient in CI/CD processes and best practices.
• Service Mesh experience on Kubernetes is an asset.
• Trunk-based development is an asset.
• GitOps practice is an asset.
• Knowledge of AI LLMs is an asset.
• Thorough experience working in or with Agile development teams.
• Knowledge of the banking/insurance sector is an asset.

Business Experience:

Experience in a large IT organization is preferable.
