Mission Overview:
We are seeking a Group Life – Policy Servicing Administrator for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves providing backfilling support and ensuring the efficient processing of affiliated member files in accordance with established procedures and applicable regulations.
Expected Deliverables:
- Complete processing of affiliated member files in accordance with procedures and applicable regulations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage existing contracts and modify them if necessary, in compliance with legal, fiscal, and internal regulations.
- Properly analyze customer and broker requests via email and phone.
- Process requests quickly and efficiently and ensure follow-up with clients.
- Ensure follow-up on communications and process the information provided by relevant organizations.
Expected Profile:
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of coverage types: life, death, disability, hospitalization.
- Understanding of how group insurance contracts work.
- Knowledge of regulations related to extralegal benefits and taxation.
- Knowledge of relevant processes.
Competencies:
- Clear communication: Effectively communicate with clients and brokers to ensure transparency, accuracy, and mutual understanding.
- Case management: Handle multiple files simultaneously while respecting legal deadlines and prioritizing tasks appropriately.
- Use internal tools to input and track files (Excel, Word, Outlook, central/mainframe systems).
