Operations Officer Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Operations Officer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects for our client, contributing your expertise and embodying our core values in every assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the Permanent Control framework (1st Line of Defense) under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.
• Perform and document operational controls in line with internal procedures.
• Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks and control weaknesses.
• Contribute to the definition and follow-up of remediation action plans.
• Liaise with Risk, Compliance, Business Lines, and Support Functions.
• Participate in the preparation of reports and dashboards for management.

Mission Context:

As a Medior Operational Permanent Control (OPC) Analyst, you will support the implementation and monitoring of the internal control framework. You will help ensure that the operational risk framework is properly monitored through control activities, risk identification, and continuous involvement in the enterprise-wide risk culture.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Experience in Risk Management, Permanent Control, or Internal/External Audit is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the banking or payments sector is a strong asset.
• Exposure to operational risk frameworks (RCSA, controls, etc.) is preferable.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to structure, document, and synthesize information.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language (Dutch or French).
• Hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
