Program Manager Business Consultant

Mission Overview:

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Program Manager Business. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects within the Human Resources domain, working on-site and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver a set of related projects to achieve defined business objectives under the Keystone Solutions consultancy model.
• Work under the supervision of a senior manager and initiative owner to ensure program coherence, cross-project coordination, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Contribute to defining and monitoring program objectives in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Represent both the organization’s and client’s interests within the program scope.
• Monitor project progress and consolidate overall program status.
• Support project managers in addressing cross-project issues and track inter-project dependencies.
• Identify and follow up on program risks and issues.
• Act as a sounding board for ideas and approaches to solving project issues with program impacts.
• Support cost estimation and budget follow-up for the program.
• Prepare and deliver reporting to line management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures (Compliance, Permanent Control, Operational Risk).
• Prepare and contribute to program steering committees.
• Act as an operational escalation point for project managers, in coordination with the sponsor.
• Lead the steering committee of the program’s projects.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in program or project management.
• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Project or program management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc.) is an asset.
• Very good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with various IT systems.
• Expertise in program risk management.
• Experience in a multi-project or transversal environment is preferable.
• Proven experience managing complex projects or a program of projects.
• Experience in Human Resources is mandatory.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) and demonstrate strategic thinking.
• Strong decision-making, communication, diplomacy, and customer orientation.
• Commercial awareness, proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Management skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Structured and goal-oriented approach.

Work Environment:

• Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
