Cluster Scrum Master

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Cluster Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic client projects, bringing your expertise to diverse environments and contributing to the success of our clients while embodying the values of a true K-Stone.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key player in the Tribe Transversal Capabilities & Functions, focusing on delivery within one of several clusters.
• Help stakeholders inside and outside the tribe to communicate, coordinate, and cooperate effectively.
• Assist the tribe/cluster in achieving their goals by ensuring smooth collaboration and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Support the cluster in self-organization and reinforce scrum and scaled agile practices.
• Build and maintain the cluster’s main initiatives delivery roadmaps and assist the Cluster Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
• Develop pragmatic plans, communicate with delivery stakeholders, and challenge architects, tech experts, and teams to ensure complete solutions within business-required timeframes.
• Maintain continuous interaction with delivery cluster partners, including Test Engineers and Release Engineers.
• Manage risks and impediments proactively.

Agile Responsibilities:

• Be an ambassador of agile methods within the company.
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the Agile methodology.
• Guarantee smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the cluster overcome obstacles.
• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and other meetings at the cluster level.
• Provide superiors with reporting on the deployment of Scrum methodology within projects.
• Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions.
• Contribute to cross-functional agile teams, supporting various disciplines as needed to achieve sprint goals.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
• Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques.
• Sound knowledge of software development methodology.
• Experience with agile reporting and follow-up tools.
• Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
• French or Dutch speaking is an added value.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent by experience.
